Hi, I am Shaukat Malik, founder and author at Promobile.

Back in 2018, I noticed a gap in the way mobile phone information was presented online. Most websites relied on the same table-based specification lists. While these tables contain a lot of information, they are often difficult for users without a technical background to fully understand.

To better understand the problem, I began researching how people interpret smartphone specifications. I conducted small surveys and discussions with users and realized something important: if someone does not clearly understand what these specifications actually mean, it becomes very difficult for them to evaluate the real value or performance of a phone.

This raised a simple question for me: how can users make an informed decision if the information is not explained in a way they truly understand?

To address this gap, I started working on an idea that later became Promobile. The goal was to build a platform that does more than simply list specifications. Instead, it would also explain what those specifications mean and how they affect real-world performance.

It took nearly a year to analyze the problem, study how users search for smartphone information, and design a solution that makes technical data easier to understand.

Today, Promobile has grown into one of the most recognized mobile phone information platforms in Pakistan. The website provides detailed smartphone specifications, price information, and additional insights that help users better understand the technology behind their devices.

On Promobile, we have a dedicated section that explains different aspects of a smartphone. The content is not limited to specifications only. We also cover topics such as phone performance, battery charging speed, gaming tests like PUBG performance, and other factors that help users evaluate a phone more clearly.

The mission behind Promobile has always been simple: make smartphone information easier to understand so users can make better decisions.

Vision
