Realme C83 5G features a 6.8-inch IPS LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It offers 700 nits of typical brightness and up to 900 nits in high brightness mode (HBM).

The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and comes in multiple storage variants, including 64GB with 4GB RAM, 128GB with 4GB RAM, and 128GB with 6GB RAM. All variants use eMMC 5.1 storage technology.

For photography, the phone has a single camera on the back, which is a 13MP wide-angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture. On the front, it features a 5MP selfie camera with the same aperture. Video recording is limited to 1080p at 30fps from both the rear and front cameras.

Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C port, OTG support, and Bluetooth v5.3.

The device is equipped with a large 7000mAh battery and supports 15W fast charging.
