Charging: During the test, S25 Edge charged 50% battery in 30 minutes and 100% in 1 hour 15 minutes.
Backup: 9 hours 32 minutes battery backup on normal use. Offers over 11 hours of backup when streaming YouTube videos only.
Additional: Average battery backup, you might need to charge your phone 2-3 times a day if you’re a heavy user.
Stable and smooth videos from the back camera with natural colors. Front camera videos are also stable and colorful.
In our video comparison with the iPhone 16 Pro, we noticed the S25 Edge produces more natural colors, while the 16 Pro smooths the skin tone slightly.
Autofocus and focus shift in videos are excellent β they work like a charm.
However, the S25 Edge noticeably overexposes lighting in night videos compared to the iPhone 16 Pro.
Front camera videos at night appear slightly dull in comparison to the 16 Pro, though overall quality is well maintained.
The main camera captures sharp, detailed, and crisp images.
Dynamic range is impressive β similar to the iPhone 16 Pro.
Portraits are nicely done, with solid edge detection and blur effects, though the 16 Pro performs slightly better.
5x portrait shots look better on the iPhone 16 Pro.
Overall, colors, sharpness, and detail are excellent in almost all images.
High-quality shots were captured with the main sensor, including night images, portraits, and ultrawide photos.
Note: To better explain our observations, we compared the S25 Edgeβs picture quality to the iPhone 16 Pro. So, when we say “dull” it means slightly dull in comparison β not that the image lacks quality on its own.
PUBG: 120FPS also Consistent 90FPS
Graphics: Smooth-Ultra Extreme
Additional: Lag-free high-quality gaming, but the phone heats up during extended play and the battery drains quickly..
