The phone features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate and up to 480Hz touch sampling rate. The display supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision and offers up to 3,500 nits of peak brightness. It is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra processor and comes with 512GB of internal storage coupled with 12GB of UFS 4.1 RAM. There is no slot for an external microSD card, although we don’t think most users would need one with the 512GB variant.

The phone features a triple-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultrawide lens. The primary camera can record videos at up to 4K resolution at 60fps, while the 32MP selfie camera also supports 4K video recording, capped at 30fps. Additional features of the Xiaomi 17T include an in-display fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 6, and IP68 protection.

For the battery, the phone comes with a 6,500mAh battery and supports 67W fast charging. It also supports 22.5W reverse wired charging.
