The phone features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 1260 × 2750 pixels screen resolution. It offers HDR10+ support, a 120Hz refresh rate, 1800 nits of HBM brightness, and up to 5000 nits of peak brightness.

It is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor and comes in two storage variants: 256GB with 8GB RAM and 512GB with 12GB RAM. Both variants are based on UFS 4.1 storage. The phone has a triple camera setup on the back, including a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide lens.

The main camera supports 4K video recording at up to 60 FPS. The selfie camera is 50MP and also supports 4K video recording. Additionally, the Vivo V70 Elite features an under-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, a 6500 mAh battery with 90W fast charging support, and it also offers reverse wired and bypass charging.
