Redmi 15 is now available in Pakistan for 45,999 PKR, offering a solid mix of features with a few trade-offs. The phone comes with a 6.9-inch Full HD+ IPS display. While rivals in this range are moving to AMOLED, at least the sharp 1080p resolution makes up for it. At 8.4mm thick, it feels a bit bulky, but that’s because of the massive battery inside.
Performance is handled by the Snapdragon 685, which is efficient but not very powerful for this price. It scored 502,964 on Antutu v11, putting it close to the Vivo Y29 4G’s 314,603 (v10). Redmi has the edge with a sharper screen and bigger battery, while Vivo offers a slightly larger 6,500 mAh cell but only with 720p resolution.
Gaming-wise, PUBG runs at 60FPS on “Super Smooth” graphics, though only 40FPS on regular smooth mode, making it best for casual play. The highlight is the 7,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging. Despite the huge size, it goes from 0–100% in 99 minutes, which is impressive given the capacity.
Verdict: Redmi 15 offers excellent battery life and a sharp display for its price. You’ll miss an AMOLED panel and a bit of extra performance, but overall, it’s a strong value pick for most users.
