Samsung S26 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It may come with a quad-camera setup, including a 200MP primary camera, a 50MP f/1.9 ultrawide lens, a 50MP f/2.76 periscope lens, and a 12MP f/2.4 telephoto lens.
The base variant of the Samsung S26 Ultra is expected to offer 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Additional variants may include 512GB and 1TB storage options with 16GB RAM. Early reports suggest that the 16GB RAM configuration could be region-specific, most likely limited to China, while the 12GB RAM variant will be available globally.
Other than that, the battery capacity is expected to remain the same as the previous generation at 5,000 mAh. The charging speeds, however, will be upgraded to 60W wired charging and 25W wireless charging.
