The phone comes with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels. It supports a 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+, offering 800 nits of typical brightness, 1600 nits of high brightness mode (HBM), and up to 5000 nits of peak brightness.

The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and is rated at Mohs level 5 for scratch resistance.

It is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor and comes in multiple storage options, including 128GB with 8GB RAM, 256GB with 8GB RAM, and 256GB with 12GB RAM. All variants use UFS 3.1 storage technology.

For photography, the phone features a triple camera setup on the back that includes a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide lens. Video recording is capped at 4K resolution at 30fps, while 1080p videos can be recorded at up to 120fps. The front camera is 32MP and supports 1080p video recording.

Additional features include a USB Type-C port with OTG support, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and stereo speakers.

For the battery, it offers the same capacity as the Nothing Phone 4a, with a 5080mAh battery for the international variant and a 5400mAh battery for the Indian variant. It supports 50W wired fast charging as well as 7.5W reverse wired charging.
