Nothing Phone 4a features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It supports HDR10+ and offers 800 nits of typical brightness, 1600 nits of high brightness mode (HBM), and up to 4500 nits of peak brightness.

The phone has a glass back with a plastic frame. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and is rated at Mohs level 5 for scratch resistance.

It is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor and comes in multiple storage variants, including 128GB with 8GB RAM, 256GB with 8GB RAM, and 256GB with 12GB RAM. All variants use UFS 3.1 storage technology.

In terms of cameras, the phone features a triple camera setup on the back, including a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide lens. The rear camera supports 4K video recording at 30fps. The front camera is 32MP and supports 1080p video recording.
