Vivo X200T 5G features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It supports HDR10+ and offers 1600 nits of high brightness mode (HBM) along with up to 5000 nits of peak brightness. The display has a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels and a 90.4% screen-to-body ratio.

The screen is protected by Schott Xensation Core, and the phone carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. It can be immersed in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes.

The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor, based on a 3nm architecture. It comes in two storage variants: 256GB with 12GB RAM and 512GB with 12GB RAM. Both variants use UFS 4.1 storage technology.

In terms of cameras, the Vivo X200T features a triple camera setup on the back, including a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide camera. The selfie camera is 32MP. For video recording, the phone supports 4K resolution at up to 60fps from both the front and the main rear camera.

Other features include an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB Type-C 2.0 port with OTG support.

The phone is equipped with a 6200mAh battery and supports 90W fast charging as well as 40W wireless charging. It also supports reverse wired charging and bypass charging.
